Conrad Jon Godly

These paintings take my breath away, they transport me to a place I’ve never been but absolutely want to experience. Created by Swiss artist Conrad Jon Godly, I have no memory where I saved these images from and can’t say if they are giant paintings or miniature (he does both). I rather like not knowing too much about the artist or the art, and if I had to guess, I believe he would prefer you to form your own opinion rather than read someone else’s. These mountains and the confidence in how Godly applies paint and uses a limited color palette inspired me, and were part of the motivation to create Zynk Ink. Enjoy the paintings, enjoy the mystery.
